The PowerBros ATL team is dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction. We firmly believe in the quality of our work and will do everything to ensure the beauty of your property. The team receives ongoing specialized training, background checks, and ​full liability insurance to deliver a beautiful clean every time. If we do not meet your standards, we have not met our own, and we will make it right, including up to a full refund of your service. 

Our policy is governed by the service agreement signed before service commenced and the policies outlined here. As a locally owned and operated business, we ask that you allow us the chance to rectify any issues that may have occurred during your service. Our teams can be dispatched at a moment's notice to return to your property to re-complete any areas that require additional attention. 

Please note that all claims requesting a refund under this policy or report damage must be completed within five (5) business days of service completion. Cancelation fees, late payment fees, water delivery fees, and out of service area fees are not eligible under this promotion.
